The best homemade biscuits

1/4 cup of butter

1/2 cup 7up

1/2 cup sour cream

2 cups of bisquick

Drop of honey or cinnamon (optional)


Stir together 2 cups of bisquick and 1/2 cup of sour cream. Mix and cut it in with fork only.

Add 1/4 cup of melted butter and stir. Add 1/2 cup of 7-up the the mixture, stir until doughy.


On clean counter sprinkle bisquick. Knead and fold dough with the sprinkled bisquick. Fold into a square shape and use a glass cup to cut the biscuits from the dough. Place biscuits on sprayed pan. Cook for 11-15 mins on 450.
